Greetings & Happy New Year! As you know, part of the Kidswim experience is to create a safe and respectful environment, where children learn to love to swim. As parents, we want you to LOVE how easy it is to register and manage your child's swim experience too!
That’s why we’re excited to announce our system upgrade to the Mind Body Online (MBO) framework. MBO benefits you in three very important ways:
First, MBO is a secure framework where you can register effortlessly for lessons, keep track of your payments, manage your child's swim lesson schedule, and view detailed reports of all your transactions.
Second, you'll receive reminder emails about your upcoming appointments (you can opt out of this at any time).
Third, MBO comes with it's very own mobile app that allows you to do everything you can do in the desktop version, while on the GO! This includes registration, lesson scheduling, updating your billing info, booking private lessons, and communicating with your instructor. (You'll be asked to download the mobile app the first time you register from your mobile phone.)
OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
We've updated our Cancellation Policy from 24 to 12 hours, without being charged.
If you already have an account with MBO for another type of class such as Soul Cycle, Orange Theory or one of the Pilates Plus Studios, you won't need to create a brand new account.
If you are new to MBO, you'll need to create an account (a quick sign-up process, you only need to do once).
“If I am a returning Kidswim client who has signed up with you before, do I still need to sign up again?" The answer is yes. If you need help in any way, don't hesitate to ask us for help.
Last, and most importantly, our Customer Service Policy will not change. Our commitment to being available to you - returning calls within the hour, helping you find the right class, instructor, schedule remain as always, our top priority.
